1. Basic principle of personal information protection
Momo., Ltd., (Hereafter, “we”) is well aware of the importance of personal information within business operation and is sure that its protection should be achieved thoroughly as our greatest responsibility for us; therefore, for our customers to feel it safe to use the various services we provide (Hereafter, the Service), we ensure that our officials and all the employees comply with laws and regulations related to personal information protection and that they be all well aware of the company regulation we’ve established to protect personal information continuously.


2. Personal information
The personal information here refers to the information, which pieces will identify an individual if integrated, provided to use the Service, including name, birthday, gender, address, phone number, e-mail address, card number, bank account number, detail of inquiry and additional information for these data, 


3. Obtainment of personal information
We shall obtain personal information through a legal and appropriate way and never through a wrong way which contradicts the will of our customers. When we obtain personal information from a third party, we check whether the information is provided properly by the information source.

4. Management of the personal information
We prevent damage, loss, leak and misuse of personal information; we implement necessary measures to manage such information safely and set a person in charge for personal information. Also, we manage and keep the personal information accurate and current within the usage purpose.

5. Continuous improvement of administrative structure
We continuously improve the use, management and administrative structure regarding to personal information protection.

6. Usage purpose of the personal information
We shall never use the personal information we obtained without agreement from the relevant customer, unless:
(1) We provide the Service;
(2) We confirm the identity of the customer or his/her agent;
(3) We contact the customer or provide the information about our product or service;
(4) We customize information in the Service, the Service and advertising in accordance with the age, job, gender, hobby and the preference of the customer;
(5) We use it for marketing activities (i.e., survey and questionnaire) or data analysis, study or development of the Service;
(6) We handle the transactions with the customer and other trading partners appropriately and smoothly;
(7) We perform the duty or responsibility related to the contract with the customer or laws and regulations;
(8) We prevent such unfair trades as insider trading;
(9) We need the information for some additional purposes to perform the activities above.

7. Providing the personal information to a third party
We shall never provide the personal information we obtained to a third party without agreement from the relevant customer, unless:
(1) The law require it;
(2) We need it to protect the life, body or asset of a person, but it’s difficult to obtain the consent of the relevant customer;
(3) We need it especially to enhance public health or to propel healthy development of children but it’s difficult to obtain the consent of the relevant customer;
(4) We need it to help the national government, local public authorities or their agent perform duties defined by laws, and obtaining the consent of the relevant customer may do harm to the completion;
(5) We outsource all the duties or a part of them necessary for the Service to a subcontractor who entered into a non-disclosure agreement with us;
(6) We entrust the personal information to a credit company, financial institute or payment agency who entered into a non-disclosure agreement with us for the purpose of charging the customer who uses paid service of the Service.

8. Supervising a subcontractor
In case that we have a subcontractor handle the personal information we obtained,
we scrutinize the subcontractor and appropriately supervise them to ensure they never disclose the information.

9. Cookie
Cookie is the transmitted data between the computer of our customer’s browser and our server in order for our customers to browse our site more conveniently than he/she visited first time. Cookie will be stored in the browser of the customer, and our server will refer to the data, but the file we send as cookie does not contain any identifiable data; therefore the data will never breach the privacy of our customers nor will it do harm to the computer. Our purposes of usage of cookie are:
(1) To confirm the status of login of our customers and activate functions in the Service;
(2) To research about the usage of our website and to improve the advertising, marketing and Service;
(3) To display some ads from such a third-party advertising agency as Google. The cookie data and the relevant information that the third party obtained will be treated according to the privacy policy of the third party. You can configure the transmission from “All accept cookies”, “All reject cookies” or “Notify the user when accepting cookies”. It differs how to configure it; you will find it “Help” menu in your browser. If you set “All reject cookies”, you may be restricted as to the services on the Internet: For example, you may be unable to use such a service as requires authentication of your identity. A third-party advertising agency may obtain access information from cookie, based on which they may display the ad of us on another site. You can stop advertising display from a third party which uses cookie by accessing the opt-out page (like Google Analytics Opt-out ad-on) in the website of the third party.

10. Disclosure, correction, suspension and deletion of the personal information
In case that the very person request, we will immediately confirm the adequacy and correct, suspend or delete the data if we find it necessary;
however, if disclosing all the data or a part of it applies to at least one of the below, we may be determined not to disclose all the data or a part of it:
(1) It may do harm to the life, body, asset and other interests of the customer or a third party
(2) It may create a bottleneck to the practice of our work;
(3) It will break some other ordinance.

11. Revision of privacy policy
We may revise all or a part of the privacy policy if we find it necessary,
without agreement from our customers in advance. In that case, we announce it in the Service. If you use the Service afterwards, you are deemed to agree to the revision.
